COVID-19 Patient Guidance

To ensure your optimum safety on return from Lock-down:
All clinics have been deep cleaned before the start of clinic and will be cleaned following each patient exiting the clinic.
All patients making appointments will be triaged by trained support staff.
Appointments must be made by telephone, email or facebook as receptionists will be working remotely during COVID-19.
If you have a persistent cough, sore throat or high temperature reception staff will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
If you or any member of your household are medically shielding receptionists will happily reschedule your appointment.
Please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving too early or too late will compromise social distancing.
If you arrive early for an appointment, you may be asked to wait outside the clinic.
To ensure social distancing, restricted access to our clinics is necessary. Therefore, if possible, please attend your appointment alone.
To ensure social distancing we will be operating a policy of one patient in the clinic at any time. Each clinic has a separate entrance and exit point to ensure social distancing.
To protect both patients and staff, barriers will be in place in reception areas. Government guidelines will be implemented around PPE:
All surfaces disinfected
In addition, designated hand washing points will be available for patients before and after their appointment.
Contactless payments are encouraged wherever possible. Card machines will be disinfected before and after payments.
