In view of the escalation of the coronavirus and the imminent threat of lockdown we have made the difficult decision to stop all routine podiatry care and close all clinics. This has been a difficult decision to make however we have a duty of care to all of our patients and staff towards their health and wellbeing.
We will be providing an emergency service. We would define such a service to include any patient who ,if not seen by us, would have to access A&E, a walk in centre or their GP. Excruciating lower limb pain, ulceration, infection and or inflammation are all defined as urgent however we will aim to minimise face to face contact by clinical triage where ever possible. Where ever possible we will aim to triage emergency patients over the phone or via skype consultation. However if there is an urgent need to see you this will be made available.
Please do bare with us at this very difficult time this decision has not been made lightly and will have a huge effect on the company and its employees however health is our number one priority right now.
