To ensure your optimum safety on return from Lock-down:<\/p>\n

All clinics have been deep cleaned before the start of clinic and will be cleaned following each patient exiting the clinic.<\/p>\n

All patients making appointments will be triaged by trained support staff.<\/p>\n

Appointments must be made by telephone, email or facebook as receptionists will be working remotely during COVID-19.<\/p>\n

If you have a persistent cough, sore throat or high temperature reception staff will be happy to reschedule your appointment.<\/p>\n

If you or any member of your household are medically shielding receptionists will happily reschedule your appointment.<\/p>\n

Please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving too early or too late will compromise social distancing.<\/p>\n

If you arrive early for an appointment, you may be asked to wait outside the clinic.<\/p>\n

To ensure social distancing, restricted access to our clinics is necessary. Therefore, if possible, please attend your appointment alone.<\/p>\n

To ensure social distancing we will be operating a policy of one patient in the clinic at any time. Each clinic has a separate entrance and exit point to ensure social distancing.<\/p>\n

To protect both patients and staff, barriers will be in place in reception areas. Government guidelines will be implemented around PPE:<\/p>\n

    In addition, designated hand washing points will be available for patients before and after their appointment.<\/p>\n

    Contactless payments are encouraged wherever possible. Card machines will be disinfected before and after payments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
